The Hayes PTO provides financial support for the 8th grade graduation ceremony and breakfast. A party to celebrate the 8th grade students and a class gift to the school are additional and are the responsibility of the 8th grade parents. The Hayes PTO has put together this form to facilitate fundraising for those additional parts of the 8th graders end-of-year experience at the Hayes School.

The PTO invests $170 per student each school year. We rely on family donations in order to raise enough money to fund additional school supplies, provide academic enrichments, and enjoy community activities. Donations to The Hawk Fund not only support our school community—and our kids—but they truly allow our school to SOAR. Any amount is truly appreciated!
